Noteworthy Medical Systems raises $4 million

Noteworthy internally raised $4 million to smooth the transition after its partial acquisition by CompuGROUP in February, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It's also moved its headquarters from suburban Cleveland to Phoenix.

Though venture capital investments in health care companies slowed significantly in Northeast Ohio and the state during the first quarter from a year ago, health care investing was up in the Midwest.
