MIT economist Jonathan Gruber recently released a comic book that explains the controversial federal health reform law, and now he’s back with a cartoon video that does the same thing.

Gruber helped shape both the federal health reform law and the Massachusetts measure on which it was based, so opponents of ObamaCare (and Mitt Romney voters) aren’t likely to enjoy this cartoon as much as Adult Swim.

“The [individual] mandate is the spinach we have to eat in order to get the dessert that is fairly priced insurance for all,” Gruber says while narrating the cartoon.
