Suburban Cleveland wellness company Bravo Wellness has hired a new president.

David Campbell, who has 28 years of general management experience with healthcare, financial services and technology companies, will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations at Bravo. He’ll report to founder and CEO Jim Pshock, according to a statement from Avon,Ohio-based Bravo.

Bravo creates incentive-based wellness programs for employers and works with about 175 organizations. One client is Southwest General Medical Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Under the Bravo program, Southwest General employees were given one year to reach certain wellness goals or face higher health insurance premiums, Crain’s Cleveland Business reported.

With the addition of Campbell, Pshock will focus more on Bravo’s technology subsidiary, IncentiSoft Solutions. IncentiSoft provides software that tracks results and does reporting on wellness programs.

The subsidiary’s services are intended for clients that are satisfied with their existing wellness programs, but would like better technology tools to manage the programs.

Bravo, on the other hand, markets itself to potential clients looking for “turnkey” wellness programs, including biometric screenings, health risk assessments and a wellness toolkit.
