Under the section “Chief Author of Jobs Bill”, there is a link to the literature Ann distributed to her Bloomington constituents, “Ann’s Jobs Bill” , http://lenczewski.org/al10taxcredit.pdf

The literature highlights the “Angel Investor Tax Credit” as one of her accomplishments. Ann says:

“I worked hard with residents, businesses, the academic community, investors and developers to put in place important provisions that will create tens of thousands of jobs statewide.”

I am confused. Did Ann change her mind, or are you wrong?
