I live in Nashville and as a downtown Nashville resident, I still do not understand how medical convention space would compete in the 2 cities unless each of proposing exclusive tenant contracts. Clearly Nashville is more HMO oriented and Cleveland is more medical community oriented. I can see that there will be 2 different sets of tenants for each center.</description>
