I would also like to point out that the ins. companies are clearly exceeding the 5% profit cap that was inacted by congress so that ins. companies would have to keep rates reasonable for everybody. On that note, ins. issues should be a state issue. The national legislative and executive bodies are not the correct forums for insurance issues. Ill stop rambling now.</description>
