US Endoscopy launches Mio medical device organizer

MENTOR, OHIO — US Endoscopy logoUS Endoscopy has launched a new product — the Mio medical device organizer.
Mio’s three large, see-through pouches (pdf) can hold devices like coiled guide wires and cannulas that are used during endoscopic procedures.

Endoscopes are thin medical instruments used to see inside an organ — like a bladder — or to do minimally-invasive surgery.

Use of Mio’s pouches can keep devices or supplies from getting misplaced, tangled or damaged during a procedure, US Endoscopy said in a written release. Mio also can keep endoscopes from falling on the floor.

US Endoscopy in Mentor, Ohio, has designed and made endoscopic devices and supplies since 1991.
